What if my insurance plan is not listed?

We may still be able to accommodate your insurance through out-of-network benefits or special agreements for our services. Please contact our Billing Department at (714) 243-9043 to discuss your options.

Do you accept Medi-Cal or CalOptima plans?

Yes, Anaheim Community Hospital accepts CalOptima plans including Care Network, Health Direct, OneCare (Medicare Advantage Dual SNP), and PACE Program. We also accept Medi-Cal for adults receiving behavioral health services through the County of Orange and County of San Luis Obispo.

Can I use my HMO insurance at Anaheim Community Hospital?

HMO plans are only accepted when affiliated with one of our contracted Independent Physician Associations (IPAs). Please refer to the IPA list above or call us to confirm if your plan is eligible for our services.

Do I need to get a referral before receiving services?

Referral requirements vary by insurance provider and plan type. We recommend contacting your insurance company or our admissions team to determine if a referral is needed for the specific services you are seeking.
